Baby dies at Houston hospital and parents want answers

The birth of a baby is an event that parents look forward to for several months. It is often the happiest and most joyful day of their lives. Months of anticipation, crib preparation, baby showers, painting of rooms leads to finally having the baby arrive. The parents say they requested an emergency C-Section but the doctor did not perform one. The baby wound up dying. The doctor has been sued twice before for medical malpractice and was also ordered to go through 20 hours of training for high risk obstetrics for failing to meet the standard of care in three other patients.
